Bail Bond Process
Once you contact us, we will ask a few questions in order to get the bail application started. The information required will include the arrestee’s full name, the amount of the bail bond and their date of birth. It is imperative that the information provided be correct so that the bail application can be filed for the right person.
It will be helpful if this information is already at hand during the application process, but if you’re not sure where the arrestee is located, we can help you with that.
Once all the information has been obtained and the application completed and approved, required paperwork must be signed in order to finalize the bail process. The forms are very easy to understand and fill out, though if you require any assistance, we will be on hand to help you out with anything you need.
How Much Does Bail Cost?
In California, the cost of a bail bond is set at 10% of the total bail amount. So, if the total amount of bail is $15,000, then the cost of a bail bond will be $1,500.
Payment Options
All major credit and debit cards are accepted, as well as cash, check, money order, account transfer and bank wire transfer. If you want to use a personal or business check, that’s totally fine, upon pre-approval you will not be charged a premium for your personal or business check.
